From our payment screen in our store you can pick your payment method by paypal, Credit Card or Money Order. For payment by money order, take your total from your invoice and send it in a money order to: (Giuseppi Crystal, 704 E Martinique Dr, Meridian, Idaho, 83642) and when we receive your money order we will process it and then ship it to you. Don’t forget to write down your invoice number or print your invoice out so you can check your order status through our site. You will need the invoice number to track that purchase. Domestic Shipping

Shipping is usually three day priority mail at a cost of $6.95 unless customer makes other arrangements with shipper, 3 day priority shipping is our basic shipping and is not guaranteed to be received by customer in three days by Giuseppi Crystal or the United States Postal service. Shipping usually occurs the next day. There is also 3 day priority with up to $50.00 insurance for $8.44 (Recommended shipping by glassroses.com) Giuseppi Crystal is not responsible to replace broken or stolen items by the shipper that are un-insured by the customer. Giuseppi Crystal is not responsible for items that are unclaimed and returned to us from the customer or the customers requested ship to: address. For next day shipping, orders are processed the day we receive them and shipped the next business day. Next day shipping cost $21.40. Next day orders are guaranteed next day or second day depending on what area of the country you live in. Next day shipping is done USPS. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

International Shipping

Shipping international could have added shipping costs. When Giuseppi Crystal has destination address for an international order, shipping will be calculated and customer notified of any added or subtracted shipping cost before order is processed for payment, other than the stated basic $17.95 Only when a customer supplies a contact email address for Giuseppi Crystal to respond. If customer on international order supplies no email address, Then the order will be processed at $17.95 as long as the shipping charges do not exceed the basic shipping cost. International shipping is sent either by Air Letter Post, Air Parcel Post, Global Priority Mail, delivery times range between 4 to 10 days. Giuseppi Crystal is not responsible for orders to arrive at there destination within these stated times due to the receiving countries customs some times holds up packages. TOP

Information

Giuseppi Crystal does not refund on any purchases, all purchases are final. My art glass is high borate glass (Pyrex®). Propane and oxygen are used through a torch, to heat and soften the glass so that it can be sculptured by pushing, pulling, bending, and detailing with hand tools. All of the glass must be kept hot while working and then placed in a kiln and cooled slowly to relieve stress in the glass.

Many people refer to this artwork as "glass sculpture", Technically, the name for this is "lamp working" and dates back to the Persian empire around 2000 B.C. Some people refer to this product as "crystal". The dictionary defines crystal as "a high quality clear glass." So, this does qualify as crystal. Most people think of leaded glass when they say crystal. However, my art glass contains no lead. Special orders placed online by email or over the phone by a customer that alters any of the products that are offered on the site as they are, will be nonrefundable in the product purchased or in shipping charges. Regular purchased items on the site are also nonrefundable. Insurance is offered on the site to customers when they make a purchase of there item. Any item not insured and received damaged will not be replaced by Giuseppi Crystal. Insured items that are damaged will be replaced once the proper paper work is filled out by the buyer and returned to Giuseppi Crystal. TOP
