Ingredients:

stick of margarine

or 3 cloves of garlic
finely chopped
2 cups
of milk or 2 cups of half & half
2
cups of regatta cheese
2 cups
sour cream
1
cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon of salt
1
quarter teaspoon of white or black pepper
1
sixteen ounce package of Broccoli
1
pound of Fettuccine
Preparation:
1. Sauté garlic in margarine in medium saucepan . Add all
ingredients through the white or black pepper.
Stir until smooth and simmer until thick.
2. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Cook broccoli
for 10 minutes in microwave.
Drain fettuccine, add broccoli and sauce. Top with grated cheese.
3. Serves 6 large portions
